REMOTE COACHING
Are you not a complete beginner, have you been involved in CrossFit for some time, but you lack proper guidance, the structure of training, cannot you manage regeneration or do you tame your head? From there, there is Remote Coaching, which will provide you with the help of a trainer who will attend to you remotely.
PERSONAL TRAINING
When to go to personal training? If you are not sure about the technique or do you need to do the basics and explain specific exercises, or do you just want a regular check-up? If you recognize yourself in any of this, write to us and we’ll make an arrangement.
PHYSIOTHERAPY
Our coach Kristýna Váchová also works as a physio assistant under the wing of the renowned sports physiotherapist PhDr. Michal Rukavička. Whether you are dealing with a long-term or an acute problem, make an appointment.
CONSULTATION
Before we start working on a training plan, it is necessary to start with a consultation. We will discuss your goals, your attitude, priorities, simply everything important that is needed for quality cooperation.

RISE UP FROM FAILURES
We are Marek and Kristýna.
Athletes, husband and the best partners.
We create our dream together to build a community of people who are on the same wave as us and want to move forward in their lives despite the obstacles without which it is not possible. Whether it’s about coaches or athletes.
We connect two worlds that inherently belong together such as coaching and physiotherapy view and we want to be the best of it. Education does not end with school, however it can only begin. That is why we are constantly trying to improve our expertise and we also attend top quality courses and as well consult all tasks with experts in our field so we can keep growing.
RISE UP FROM FAILURES is our mantra. We try to teach our people that things do not always turn out the way we would like and it is important to be able to withstand such situations and not to be broken by them. One day you are up, the next you are down, that’s how it works, and people have to learn to work with it if they want to move forward in their lives.

Because community is very important to us and we also believe that there is nothing better than personal contact, we regularly hold so-called RUFF DAYS, when we meet in the gym and together we dedicate ourselves to the technique of specific exercises, such as weightlifting, gymnastics, go through the necessary accessories, or have fun while team or individual workouts. Always something from everyone.

RUFF concentration
Every year we organize a regular week-long summer camp, where you live like a real athlete. You sleep, you eat, you exercise. Lots of work, fun and new experiences, that’s what you want!
Another option are shorter camps that last from Thursday to Sunday. You will spend time among people who are in a similar situation and you will learn a lot of new things. We rely on the highest possible quality, so we try to do all the camps at 110% … both in terms of the program, information, and the event equipment itself.

Z plánovaného jednoho dne se nám pro velký zájem stal celý víkend. Moc děkujeme @fieldgym.cz za prostory a vstřícnost🙌.
Sobota proběhla v režii Váchů @marek.vacha / @kris.vachova , a neděle pak ve spojení @marek.vacha a @johny.hulk13 .
Vždycky přemýšlíme, zda věci, které učíme už nezkrouhnout, nebo nepřejít jen na těžké věci, vždy se nám ale ukáže, že základy jsou potřeba stále připomínat, protože co si budeme, na tom to stojí🧱.
Vážíme si vaší důvěry a moc všem děkujeme za energii, kterou jste do toho dali! 🪷

RUFF Consistency
Týden 1/5 – Strength Cycle
Nový 5týdenní blok zaměřený primárně na sílu. CrossFit tentokrát ustupuje do pozadí a hlavní roli přebírají Front Squats, Deadlift, Power variace vzpírání, Upper Body Strength a doplňky pro stabilitu i výkon.
Ideální období pro budování základů, které se později projeví ve všech wods.

RUFF Competitor
Týden 1/4 – Competitor Cycle
Nový 4týdenní blok přináší specifickou CrossFit přípravu směrem k CZTD eventu – víc klasického CF, víc síly v únavě a systém střídání high / low intensity dní.
Tréninky rozdělené do kategorií Endurance / Strength / Bodyweight / Skill / Mixed / Power – každý den s jasným cílem a záměrem.
